Mr. Jean-Arnold Vinois, Internal Energy Market, Energy, European Commission will be joining us as a leading speaker at the 12th Annual CIS Oil and Gas Summit in Paris. Mr. Vinois is currently the Acting Director for the Internal Energy Market at EC.
